Oh no, I got a prelim notice...
If you received a California Preliminary Notice from us, then you are the presumed owner of a property
that is being improved. The preliminary notice is to inform you that SG Wholesale Roofing Supplies has
supplied material that is being used to improve your property. The preliminary notice DOES NOT represent a lien against the
property nor does it express our intent to file a lien against the property at the time you receive the prelim notice.
In order to present our rights as a supplier we are required to send copies of the notice to you, the property owner
and/or subcontractor involved in the improvement of the property referenced in the notice.
If you have any additional questions regarding the preliminary notice, please call your contractor
for further explanation.
Apply for an SG Credit Account...
SG sells roofing materials,
not credit. If you are serious about wanting SG to extend credit to finance your material purchases, then a completed signed
SG Credit Application must be submitted to the SG credit office for consideration. Faxed or scanned copies will not be accepted.
Remember to include your contractor's license number. Once all of the information is submitted, we will contact
you to complete the registration process.
Request an SG Joint Check
Agreement...
If the SG credit
department requires your project to have an SG Joint Check Agreement completed, then please print, fill in the information, and have both parties sign this document
before submitting the original signed copy to the SG credit office. The credit office will not accept incomplete
agreements.
Payment by credit card...
If you are paying by credit card, then you need
the SG Credit Card Payment Authorization Form. Please print, fill in the information, and have sign this document before faxing or submitting it
to the the local sales branch. SG will not accept incomplete Authorizations.
