For customers with a vaild Mexican Merchant ID card:
Make a good photocopy of BOTH sides of the ID card ,
and
Completely fill out, print, and sign
one
of the following forms:
Resale Certificate Mexican Merchant
Uniform Sale for Resale Certificates - English
Uniform Sale for Resale Certificate - Spanish
Turn in the all required documents to the branch manager.
Note: Incomplete or unsigned documents will
not
be accepted.
